Partnership
In Care

I see myself as a partner in your child's care.

My role is to provide a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment while supporting the unique rhythms and needs of each child.

You know your child best, and I look forward to getting to know them alongside you. Our partnership begins with these six conversations, helping me understand your child, your family, and how we can support their growth together.

Home Rhythms

& Family Values

Tell me about your routines, traditions, and values.

What matters most to your family?

Who Is Your Child?

What lights them up?

What frustrates them?

Comforts them?

Helps them feel safe?

Rest & Regulation

What helps your child reset?

What does rest look like for them?

What comfort strategies are working for them?

Food & Nourishment

What does your child love to eat?

What do they avoid?

Are there sensitivities?

Play & Learning

How does your child like to play?

What sparks their curiosity?

What skills are emerging?

Partnership & Goals

What new skills is your child developing?

Where do they shine?

Where could they use a little extra support?

Play, Rest & Food

Every day includes movement and stillness, exploration and comfort, nourishment and rest. Rather than filling every moment with activities, I create space for children to play deeply, eat joyfully, and rest well, honoring the natural rhythms of childhood.

Wonder

Every day includes plenty of time for imagination, movement, outdoor exploration, creativity, books, and child-led play. Curiosity is always welcome.

Kids Playing Together

Recharge

Whether children nap or enjoy quiet time, I provide a calm, cozy space where they can slow down, recharge, and simply rest.

Child Reading Book

Nourish

We share home-cooked meals and nourishing snacks around the table, encouraging conversation, independence, and joyful exploration of food.

Child Eating Watermelon

Daily

Our days move naturally between gathering, eating, play, outdoor time, rest, and coming back together - with plenty of room for the day to unfold.

Our Rhythms

Our days have a gentle rhythm rather than a rigid schedule. Familiar routines offer consistency, while leaving room to follow the children, the weather, and the season we're in.

Weekly

Throughout the week, we make room for things like baking, creating, exploring outdoors, caring for our space, stories, music, and other little traditions that give our weeks personality.

Seasonal

What we eat, notice, create, and explore changes with the world around us—from planting and puddles to garden harvests, falling leaves, snow, and cozy winter days.
