Care Options & Rates
Full-Time
Ages 2 to 5
Full-time care is available for children attending 4 or 5 consistent days each week. Your child's regularly scheduled days are reserved for them each week and remain the same unless another arrangement is agreed upon.
4–5 Days/Week — $240/week
Full-time care includes meals, snacks, play, rest, outdoor time, and seasonal experiences.

Ages 2 to 5
Part-time care is available for children attending 2 or 3 consistent days each week. Your child's regularly scheduled days are reserved for them each week and remain the same unless another arrangement is agreed upon.
2 Days/Week — $110/week
3 Days/Week — $150/week
Part-time care includes the same meals, snacks, play, rest, outdoor time, and seasonal experiences as full-time care.
Before/After School
School Age
Before & after school care is available for school-age children who need a familiar place to start and end their school day. Your child’s space is reserved throughout the school week and includes care before school, after school, or both, based on your family’s regular schedule.
Before & After School — $125/week
Care includes breakfast and/or a hearty after-school snack, along with time to play, unwind, spend time outdoors, or simply decompress after the school day.
School Release Days: When school is closed but Hokey Pokey is open, enrolled school-age children may attend for the full day. $25/day additional.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take children who are toilet training?
Absolutely. Toilet learning happens at different times for different children. I’ll work with you to provide a consistent, respectful approach between home and care. Children do not need to be fully toilet trained to attend Hokey Pokey.
Can my child's schedule change?
Enrollment is based on consistent scheduled days. Occasional changes may be possible when space allows but cannot be guaranteed. Permanent schedule changes can be discussed based on availability.
Do I pay when my child doesn't attend?
Yes. Tuition reserves your child’s regularly scheduled space and is based on enrollment rather than attendance. Tuition remains due for absences due to illness, vacation, appointments, or other family time. Provider closures and planned time off are addressed separately.
What happens when school closes because of weather?
A school closure does not automatically mean Hokey Pokey is closed. I’ll make a decision based on conditions and whether I can safely provide care. If Hokey Pokey remains open, enrolled school-age children may attend for the full day at the school-release-day rate.
What happens if my child is sick?
Sometimes little people need a day at home. Families receive clear illness guidelines outlining when children need to stay home and when they may return. If your child becomes ill while here, I’ll contact you to arrange pickup.
What happens if I'm late for pickup or tuition?
I understand that occasionally life happens, and communication is always appreciated. Late pickups are charged $1 per minute after closing, and late tuition is charged $10 per day. Repeated late pickups or unpaid tuition may require care to be paused or the arrangement to be reconsidered.
